What you book
A text sponsorship spot: the main banner (at the top of every page of the website and at the start of the weekly newsletter) or the sponsorship of a weekday (inside that day in the events guide, with a pin on the map if you ask for it, and between the sections of the newsletter). Each spot has only one advertiser at a time. The ad is always shown with the label “Advertisement”. No number of visits or clicks is guaranteed, and the people who see it are not tracked.
Price and payment
Main banner: 59 € + VAT (21 %) per month. Weekday sponsorship: 19 € + VAT per month. Paid in advance by card through Stripe and renewed automatically every month until you cancel. You will receive an invoice for each payment; to issue it we need your billing details, which you enter in your advertiser account.
Review and publication
After paying you write your ad in your account. We review it before publishing and may ask you for changes. We do not publish ads that are illegal, misleading, offensive, sexual, about gambling, crypto-assets or high-risk financial products, or that go against good neighbourly relations. If we cannot publish your ad, we refund the full amount. The month starts counting on the day it goes live, not the day you pay.
Duration and cancellation
The booking is monthly, with a one-month minimum. You can cancel at any time from your account: the ad stays up until the end of the paid month and you are not charged again. If you cancel before it goes live, we refund everything. If a monthly payment fails and is not resolved after the retries, the sponsorship ends and the spot becomes available.
If you book as a consumer
You have 14 days from booking to withdraw by writing to hey@alacantinfo.com. Since you ask for the ad to go live before that period ends, if you withdraw after it has been published we refund the proportional part of the remaining days.
Your data
We use your email and billing details only to manage the sponsorship, issue invoices and communicate with you. Invoices are kept for as long as the law requires. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. You can exercise your rights by writing to hey@alacantinfo.com.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
