When does the month start?: When your ad goes live, not when you pay. We usually review it within 24 hours.
What gets published?: A short text (up to 220 characters) with an optional link to your website and, if you want, your location on the map. Always labelled “Advertisement”.
Can I cancel?: Yes, whenever you like from your account. Your ad stays up until the end of the paid month and you are not charged again. If you cancel before it goes live, we refund everything.
Do I get an invoice?: Yes. Enter your billing details in your account and you will receive a VAT invoice by email every month.
Can I change the text?: Yes, at any time. The change is reviewed and the previous text stays up in the meantime.
